The mission of the Terp Thon Alumni Network is to provide support, resources, and a connection to Terp Thon. Terp Thon is a philanthropic student-run organization part of Miracle Network Dance Marathon open to undergraduates at the University of Maryland, supporting Children’s National Hospital. This will be done by providing monetary support, networking among professional connections, keeping the history of Terp Thon alive, communicating with alumni, and creating specific alumni events. The network is its own entity that will focus on becoming a major contributor for the Dance Marathon event each year, and will provide opportunities for all alumni to stay involved with Terp Thon throughout their lifetime.
